Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Assistant with a specialization in TikTok you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and engaging with our audience on this dynamic platform. Youll work closely with our marketing team contributing your creative flair and expertise to enhance our brand presence and create compelling content. This role is based on site.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Management

• Develop and execute TikTok marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  
• Create and curate captivating TikTok content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
  
• Monitor TikTok trends and algorithms to optimize content for maximum reach.
  

Content Formulation:

• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and create engaging content for various platforms including TikTok.
  
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
  
• Help in translating from English to Tagalog/Bisaya.
  

Photo Shoots/Video Shoots:

• Coordinate and manage photo and video shoots for TikTok content.
  
• Edit and enhance visual content as needed.
  

Assisting in Social Media Management:

• Engage with the community respond to comments and foster a sense of belonging among our audience
  
• Help in posting content across various platforms
  

Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of TikTok campaigns.
  
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in TikTok management and content creation with a minimum of 1000 followers on TikTok or a track record of successfully managing TikTok accounts for others.
  
• Basic proficiency in content editing applications such as Canva.
  
• Strong storytelling skills.
  
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools. (TikTok)
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
