Title: Financial Analyst/ Disbursement Analyst
Location: San Francisco CA
Assignment length: estimated 36 months contract with possibility of extension
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Skills and Requirement:
Processes all forms of request for payment. Issues electronic file payments. Maintains accurate financial records related to disbursements including payment receipts invoices and other relevant documentation. Accounting/Finance/Business degree preferred. Statement of Work:
- Processes all forms of request for payment (e.g. supplier invoices department payment & check requests employee reimbursement student loans travel advances and other formal requests for goods and services).
- Issues electronic file payments (e.g. ACH EFT Virtual Card etc.) wire transfers bank drafts stops/cancels payments and distributes paper checks to vendors suppliers and other parties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains accurate financial records related to disbursements including payment receipts invoices and other relevant documentation.
- Reconciles financial statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Supports and collaborates with internal (various departments procurement and accounts payable) and external customers communicates payment status resolves issues and provides guidance on disbursementrelated inquiries.
- Provides research on invoices/vouchers to resolve payment issues.
- Performs PCard audits to ensure compliance.
- Provides excellent customer service to departmental users vendors.
- Ensures work queues are managed within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Creates and runs departmental reports or operational monitoring critical daily operation and adhoc reports for analysis.
- Other AP related duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Excel; Experience working with large data sets and reports with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact.
- Bright quick learner.
- College degree preferred.
Period of performance: Immediate to an estimated 36 months
Location: remote but possible ad hoc inperson activity such as training or meetings on a limited basis in San Francisco.
