Mission:

As part of a major contract win for Martinique (80 employees turnover of 160 million euros) you will be responsible for managing the upstream phase of the contract and ensuring a smooth startup until end of January 2025 with immediate mobilisation.

Your main tasks will be :

• Design the main stages of the project and define the provisional schedule
• Organise plan and allocate human and financial resources at each stage of the project
• Coordinating and leading all the dedicated multidisciplinary teams with the local Saur Antilles teams the experts at the French head office and liaising with the international teams.
• Acting as the main contact for the local authority and organising weekly progress reviews
• Communicating internally and externally on the progress of the project and anticipating any drifts
• Participate in contract startup and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Profile required:

• With 5 years higher education or equivalent professional experience you must have experience of managing a public service delegation project in the drinking water or wastewater sector. You have already been involved in the startup of a major contract.
• Agility and high degree of autonomy. You have excellent organisational ss and can anticipate operational issues.
• Interpersonal and negotiating ss.
• B driving licence required (company car provided accommodation and catering expenses paid).
• Fluency in French English is a bonus but absolutely not mandatory.
