The Role
Accountable for the overall commercial performance and relationship management for contract delivery relationship(s) critical path GOK retail (where applicable) and rights management for Castores commercial partners ets across the multisport portfolio.
Crucial to the role is fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout allocated ets including but not limited to daytoday management of key et stakeholders across commercial marketing and the professional teams.
The Commercial Partners Manager will demonstrate excellent interpersonal ss with the ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organisation along with strong organisational attributes to ensure all relevant internal and external departments are held accountable.
With the support of the Commercial Partners Executive they will be responsible for developing relationships and subsequent commercial opportunities with ets including other sponsors of Castores commercial partners ets.
Ultimately the Commercial Partners Manager will support the Head of Commercial Partners to deliver key commercial and partnership activities commercial growth and sporting campaigns to achieve partnership business and brand goals.
Responsibilities
Allocated ets ( future ets where applicable) contract management and delivery.
Day to day key relationship management of key stakeholders at commercial partners.
Accountable for the overall commercial performance of the relevant Teams.
Accountability and management of the product development critical path.
Identify and achieve additional sales opportunities such as teamwear via affiliated programmes and et avenues.
Act as the liaison between the ets agencies and internal teams ensuring all parties requirements are met.
Work with internal marketing operational and sponsorship functions to deliver sponsorship rights across all brand and commercial activations.
Liaise with product design & development functions to identify and develop new products.
Generate incremental revenue streams through commercial partner ets respective partner portfolios.
Working closely with wholesale teams to ensure the provision of key information and ociated materials to support licensed growth within wholesale accounts for respective/relevant Team.
Frequent Internal and external reporting on key activity such as Team product retail sell through rebuy sales and overall sponsored et and total sport performance.
Management and development of Commercial Partners Executive.
