Job Description
Location: Sechelt British Columbia
Work setup: Fully Remote
Salary: 115000CAD to 140000CAD annually
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and review NTR review and audit engagements effectively.
- Ensure timely and complete deliverables for Partners.
- Understand clients industries well including construction charities nonprofits quasigovernment organizations and school districts.
- Offer technical expertise in ASPE ASNPO and PSAS standards.
- Lead and mentor engagement teams providing guidance for their career growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure highquality work and create new business opportunities.
- Oversee client portfolios and provide innovative solutions to their needs.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Canadian CPA Designation
- 6 years of private enterprise experience at another CPA firm including compilations audit engagements and NTRs.
- 3 years of team management experience.
- Knowledge and experience with ASPE ASNPO and PSAS standards.
- Experience working with clients in industries such as construction NPOs government school districts and charities.
