Job Description

  • Initial contract duration for 12 Months with extension up to a maximum of 12 Months
  • Location: ACT QLD SA VIC
  • Must have NV1
  • Working Arrangement: CanberraAdelaideBrisbaneMelbourne. Candidates must work from Services Australia s offices in one of the identified locations a minimum of 3 days per week.




About the Role:

SoftLabs is seeking Senior Change Manager for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in ACT QLD SA VIC.





Requirements:

The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for leading the planning development and activation of change management initiatives across multiple cyber security uplift projects. This role will support the organisational adoption of new ways of working by ensuring that impacted teams and stakeholders are fully engaged and supported throughout the change journey. The ideal candidate will hold professional organisational change management certifications and have experience successfully managing complex change initiatives within federal government.

Primary Technologies.

  • Jira or Proxima Microsoft 365 sentiment ysis odologies and tools.

Key duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the design and of change management strategies to support successful change adoption across a set of cyber security uplift initiatives.
  • Engaging with project leads and managers to ess the impact of change on stakeholders and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Driving communication and stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure clear messaging and transparency of change impacts and benefits.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to inform and listen to stakeholders ess their change readiness and respond appropriately to address any identified risks.
  • Conducting regular environmental scans to identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact change initiatives.
  • Using this ysis to ensure change management activities are responsive to the broader organisational environment.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to other Cyber Security Uplift Projects (CSUP) Change Team members.




Mandatory Criteria

  • The candidate must hold a recognised professional certification in change management such as Prosci APMG or equivalent to the practitioner level.




Weighted Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex change initiatives in highly regulated environments. Provide detailed examples of experience managing largescale change efforts in highly regulated environments (e.g. government healthcare financial sectors). Highlight the complexity of the change key challenges change success and outcomes achieved.
  • Detail the candidate s approach to stakeholder engagement and communications in multi stream programs. Outline the candidate s odology for engaging and communicating with stakeholders across multiple workstreams. Include strategies used to maintain alignment across diverse teams foster collaboration and ensure clear consistent messaging during significant organisational change.
