As the Business Development Manager for Client Acquisition and Hiring Partner Relations at MatchaTalent you will be at the forefront of driving our growth by expanding our client base and recruiting partner network. You will spearhead business development efforts to acquire new clients forge strategic partnerships with external recruiters (Hiring Partners) and foster collaborative relationships to fuel our recruitment ecosystem. Your expertise in sales relationship management and recruitment will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand our network of Hiring Partners.
  • Identify and prioritize target industries companies and recruitment agencies for partnership opportunities based on strategic fit and market potential.
  • Proactively prospect cold call and engage with key decisionmakers to generate leads pitch our recruitment services and secure new client contracts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and Hiring Partners to understand their evolving needs address concerns and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including recruiters and account managers to tailor recruitment solutions and proposals that align with client requirements and objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by negotiating terms closing deals and achieving sales targets within designated territories or industries.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for MatchaTalent representing our values services and capabilities at industry events networking forums and client meetings.
  • Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Provide regular reports forecasts and insights on sales pipeline client engagement and partner performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work remotely.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development sales or client acquisition roles preferably within the recruitment industry or related B2B services sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes talent acquisition strategies and industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset capable of identifying opportunities setting goals and executing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work autonomously prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal.
