Account Manager

Our client is a Marketing Advertisement startup with a Hybrid working setup (Mostly Remote). Currently we are helping them in seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Key Account Manager to join our team.

As a Key Account Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining longlasting client relationships understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction and business success

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong longlasting client relationships with key accounts.
• Understand client needs and requirements and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements ensuring clients needs and expectations are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters anticipate the clients needs and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and transaction success.
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 4 years working experience
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or other relevant sales/customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
