Job Requirements: Minimum 3 to 4 years Experience in IT/ITES KPO Industry with knowledge on House
Keeping Electromechanical Services Material Movement for SEZ Entry / Exit Process Store Maintenance
and Cafeteria Services
Job Responsibilities:
Ownership of Daytoday administration activities. Monitoring of Housekeeping and Electromechanical
services related activities. Interacting with the pest control for carrying out the pest control activities at
the facility as per agreed schedules. Interacting with Housekeeping and Electromechanical manpower
suppliers to discuss on issues / required improvement if any. Taking facility rounds and find out snags and
coordinating with concerned departments to close same follow up and close the complaints received
from employees. Effectively manage Facility team to ensure an on time deliverable system. Routinely
Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained. Provide assistance to FM in all
administrative functions security issues and Facility services and any other administrative functions
deemed by Client. Oversee the pantry equipment operations during the day and identify issues and take
necessary actions. Communicate to FM on all incidents issues and pending problems. Take rounds of the
facility regularly to identify issues in and initiate immediate rectification actions. Managing Cafeteria with
the help of Food Aggregator. Coordinating with Food Aggregator to review Menu items and applying
necessary changes to break monotonous taste. Coordinate with Business teams for Space Management.
Soft services stores and stocks to be maintained. Indent monthly requirements for soft services as per the
months budget. Involve in Vendor staff Training & Development. Maintain Asset Register. Processing of
vendor Invoices.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in building or facilities management is preferable.
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements.
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
