Salesforce CDP Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure CDP components including data ingestion data integration data transformation and data activation.
• Integrate CDP with other systems and platforms such as CRM marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Should have an understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ensure data privacy and security by implementing appropriate measures and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the CDP solution to meet SLAs and scalability requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and business users regarding CDPrelated issues and best practices.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in CDP technologies and recommend enhancements or new features to improve the platform.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient CDP solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years of handson experience with implementing/configuring Salesforce CDP solutions
• Familiarity with CRM systems marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
