Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Certified Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on CRM migration custom workflow creation and project management. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
- Oversee the migration of data to Salesforce CRM ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Develop custom workflows and processes using Salesforce Flow Process Builder and Apex.
- Build and deploy custom applications using Lightning App Builder Visualforce and Salesforce DX.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce Connect and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Design and implement robust analytics and reporting solutions using Einstein Analytics and Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
- Manage project timelines deliverables and resources utilizing Salesforce project management tools and Quip for collaboration.
- Ensure security and compliance with Salesforce Shield and other relevant tools.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Architect (Application Architect System Architect or Technical Architect preferred).
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud Service Cloud).
- Proficient in Salesforce Platform technologies (Lightning Experience Lightning App Builder Apex Visualforce Salesforce DX).
- Strong knowledge of integration and data management tools (Salesforce Connect Data Loader MuleSoft Anypoint Platform).
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Einstein Analytics Reports and Dashboards).
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (TaskRay Quip).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Communities.
- Knowledge of AppExchange applications.
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements (Salesforce Shield).
