Senior Interior Designer - High End Residential Commercial

• Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
  
• Responsible to design prepare design concept proposal material selection (sample board) and prepare drawings for the whole design stage inclusive of 3D Visual & create technical drawings (2D Detail Drawings)
  
• Make site visits to check on project status and report on project.
  
• Managing project budgets effectively including cost estimation finding costeffective solutions without compromising design quality.
  
• Held consultations with clients and created client profiles prior to design services being rendered.
  
• Handled correspondence between clients and designers and sites teams.
  
• Able to work in a fast paced with deadline given.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
  
• Required skill(s): MS Office MS Power point Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photo Shop AutoCAD Sketch up or relevant 3D software.
  
• Minimum 3 years working experience required.
  
• Have experience handling both residential & commercial project
  
• Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
  
• Knowledge in prepare project quotation and material application
