Technology solution provider with a network of 290 international brands in the IT and mobility spaces across 38 markets. We spearhead swift technology adoption across emerging global markets by leveraging our robust ecosystem expanding partnerships and ingenious operational innovations.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Build existing and new ESG programs that align to the strategy and leverage to expand opportunities within the business.
Develop and execute an overall program/project management operational and change management strategy related to business initiatives/processes
Create dashboards and reporting to track performance for various audiences (employees Executives & Board level).
Work crossfunctionally to develop and implement successful marketing corporate communications and PR strategies.
Act as a thought leader in ESG; Understanding current and future challenges within the industry and educating and prioritizing these issues with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Overseeing implementation of the E&S Action Plan
Develop external ESG reporting and work collaboratively across Supply Chain Legal Finance Procurement Marketing and Talent to drive program awareness and communicate program results.
Develop and implement corporate programs to drive awareness and achieve intended targets.
Create and drive engagement opportunities that serve employees suppliers consumers and partners while aligning with Redington s mission and vision.
Reporting to internal committee on sustainability on any material issue that has arisen as a result of the operation of the E&S Management System and an explanation as to how it is being dealt with.
Examining policies and procedures relating to the E&S Requirements and their implementation and making recommendations for their improvement
Education Qualification / Additional Certifications:
Bachelor s Degree required (Master s Degree preferred).
Experience in executing a global programs preferred
Practical and innovative candidate with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build out metrics and synthesize data.
Possess an established network of ESG/CSR colleagues from whom you can seek advice.
Familiarity with frameworks such as SDG s(Sustainable Development Goals) reporting standards such as SASB (Sustainability Accountability Standards Board) TCFD (Task Force on Climate related financial disclosures) GRI and ratings agencies such as MSCI
Broad knowledge of social environmental sustainability and governance issues
