QMS Specialist

Our company is looking for a Quality Expert that has solid Knowledge and skills of Quality Management system. As Quality Expert you will need to ensure that all quality standards are met while establishing a good relationship with all colleagues in other functions of the plant.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management Systems (ISO9001 ISO 22000)

Ensure compliance with appropriate Standard Operational Procedures policies and guidelines

Write review and manage the quality procedures work instructions ensure all procedures and work instructions are developed and documented in a clear simple and concise manner; ensure the controlled documentation of the site

Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)

Support the Quality Management Review

Train employees in all aspects of the quality system guidelines local/group Standard Operational Procedures

Prepares the internal Audit Plan perform the internal audits; manage the audit nonconformity data base

Draws up updates and follows up the schedule of Specific Audits for Product Certification

Flow up corrective action plans from both internal and external audits

Nice to have basic knowledge about management of Suppliers

Support supplier quality system audits and assess supplier capability to meet product requirement specifications

Perform and/or support supplier performance measurement activities to improve compliance across the supply base

Qualifications Knowledges:

Bachelors degree technical field

Minimum 5 years working with QMS

ISO

English advance level

Nice to have project management skills and problem solving

Good communication skills selfdependent structured analytic and assertive
