Our client a global leader in the transportation sector is looking for a Learning Specialist/Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding employee and manager experience within the Learning and Development Department.
- Collaborate closely with various teams and lead transverse projects (e.g. induction training tools optimization internal training development).
- Support the Talent Development Team in meeting specific development needs.
- Manage the Learning Management System and Back Office.
Daily Tasks:
- Deploy the training plan managing requests from Site HR contacts.
- Coordinate with local HR stakeholders for smooth training processes.
- Handle participant invitations and enrollments for training sessions.
- Manage the Learning Management System (ILearn).
- Formalize purchase requests and manage associated processes.
- Collect financing from local authorities.
- Update training proofs in ILearn.
- Follow up on invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with sourcing and finance teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Register new apprenticeship contracts with local authorities.
- Manage financing and school fees for apprenticeships.
- Train local HR stakeholders on processes.
- Address training administration requests from HR stakeholders.
- Provide site HR with monthly KPIs on budget consumption training sessions and absenteeism rates.
- Report to management on training administration volumes and SLA results.
- Prepare key figures for local work council presentations.
- Participate in creating corporate training reports.
- Provide inputs for external surveys and handle mandatory training declarations.
- Offer budget followup figures to site HR.
- Coordinate quarterly reinvoicing of costs to local sites.
- Identify and coordinate financing opportunities with local authorities.
- Maintain the local training catalog in the Learning Management System.
About You

- Degree or passion in Human Resources Business or Engineering.
- 23 years of experience in an HR Talent Development or operational position with a focus on Learning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate and follow up on multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster open dialogue and listen.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to work with a large and diverse amount of data.
- Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
