Job Description
POSITION:
Regional Sales Manager 3 nos (North West and South) reporting to the COO.
LOCATION(S):
Delhi Indore Chennai and bangalore 1 in each.
PRODUCT TO BE SOLD:
Advanced Laser Cutting & Welding Machines (3Axis 5 Axis Robotic etc)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
57 years in large value sales preferably in Industrial products
REMUNERATION:
Rs. 1113 lakhs per annum (excluding incentives travel and other reimbursements)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Business Management Degree / Diploma. Preferably with an Engineering / Technical background.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Frontend direct sales including Identifying Prospecting Qualifying and Closing deals and collecting payments in their respective regions. Work involves travel within the respective territory. Candidates should have their own vehicles for local travel (expenses will be reimbursed).
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Selling Negotiation Communication Presentation Persuasion Objectiveness Problem Solving. The understanding of the laser cutting industry and of the manufacturing industry in general will be an advantage.
LANGUAGES KNOWN:
English Hindi and the local language(s)
