Job Description: Dialer Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the dialer operations to ensure efficient call center performance.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of dialer system configurations.
- Analyze and optimize dialer performance to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor call center agents' adherence to dialer schedules and performance targets.
- Generate and analyze reports on key dialer metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and guide dialer operators on best practices and system utilization.
- Collaborate with call center management to ensure seamless integration of dialer operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with dialer systems in a BPO or Call Centre setting.
- Strong understanding of dialer technologies and system configurations.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a dialer management role.
Maximum of 20 years experience in call center operations.
