The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and managing the internal recruitment processes to ensure TreasurySpring attracts hires and retains top talent efficiently. This role focuses on enhancing internal recruitment strategies improving candidate experience and fostering a positive employer brand. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with People and Talent Lead and Chief of Staff to understand staffing needs develop robust recruitment plans and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
Duties will include crafting job descriptions posting job openings sourcing candidates through various channels conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to assess candidates suitability for working at TreasurySpring.
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to extend or become FTE at the end of that term.
