Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of facility management including maintenance repairs and security.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets and ensure costeffectiveness.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor facility systems such as HVAC electrical plumbing and security.
• Plan and manage facility space allocation and layout.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure optimal facility performance.
• Handle emergency situations and ensure swift resolution.
• Prepare and present regular reports on facility management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management operations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations.
