Regulatory Reporting Expert mfd

Therefore we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Reporting Expert to join our clients team.

As a Regulatory Reporting Expert you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate and timely reporting. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial regulations excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Tasks

1. Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports in compliance with local and international regulations.
2. Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the banks reporting processes align with evolving standards.
3. Collaborate with internal teams including Finance Risk Management and Legal to gather relevant data for regulatory reporting.
4. Preparation of statistical reports (e.g. BISTA AUSTA WpInvestmentst.) as well as certain monthly regulatory reports (AMM LCR large exposure million loan) and ensure timely submission
5. Work closely with regulatory authorities during audits and examinations addressing any inquiries and ensuring a smooth process.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g. CPA CFA) is a plus.
2. Proven experience in regulatory reporting within the banking or financial services industry
3. Indepth knowledge of relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
4. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Good knowledge with the regulatory reporting software BAIS
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Fluent English and German Language Skills
