My client is looking for a SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant .
About the role:
As a SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant you will drive our success by collaborating with our clients to design implement and optimize SuccessFactors EC Payroll solutions.
You will be a key player in the digital transformation of our clients providing your expertise and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their payroll requirements.
- Configure SuccessFactors EC payroll system based on client specifications.
- Perform tests to ensure the system is functioning properly and meet customer expectations.
- Facilitate training sessions for end users on how to use the payroll system effectively.
- Quickly and effectively address any technical issues or concerns raised by customers after deployment.
Mainly Remote and occasional travel to be expected (KickOff...).
Requirements
- Strong experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors EC & ECP.
- A thorough understanding of payroll processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- A passion for innovation and the constant search for excellence.
- Fluent in English and French
