Post School : Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Management
Technical Expertise : MS SQL
MS Office
Experience : Minimum 5 years
Other : Valid Light Motor Vehicle Driver’s License

Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Monitoring of systems for proactive system support
•Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
•Test and analyse software applications/programs (propriety/third party)
•System support and troubleshoot/problem resolution
•Consult and coordinate with onsite technical resources to resolve issues and problems
•Documentation and reporting
•Operational support
•Identify analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
•Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
•Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
•Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
