HR Generalist

Location: Frankfurt city
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Tasks

You will be working with 5 people in the Human Resources department and you will be responsible for approximately 60 employees in the Back Office & Operations divisions.

This is a very broad HR Generalist position where you will have to opportunity to learn and develop your role and gain responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:

• Answering employee enquiries
• Onboarding
• Building up relationships within the departments
• Learning and dealing with Labour law and social security queries
• Support senior Generalists with their work
• Working with various projects
• HR reporting
• HR filing

Requirements

To succeed in this role you will also have a relevant degree level qualification for example in Business Administration Human Resources Management Economics Psychology or similar. You must have a genuine interest in Human Resources and ideally have gained some initial experience through Internships or in the work place. Other requirements include:

• Ideally an understanding of German labour law
• Advanced MS office skills
• A stress resistant personality
• A flexible and very proactive approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent German and English
