Please note that tozero is committed to fostering a strong company culture and we do not offer remote/hybrid work at this stageespecially since our engineers need to be onsite in the plant and lab.
Tasks
Drive Our Recruitment
- Recruit recruit recruit: Youll play a key role in sourcing attracting and engaging candidates who align with our company values and mission.
- Manage FullCycle Recruiting: From crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and extending offers youll handle every aspect of the recruitment process with finesse.
- Identify Top Talent: Help identify and attract candidates who align with our company values and mission through various channels including job boards and social media.
- Promote tozeros Values: Assist in creating engaging content to showcase our mission and culture to potential candidates.
- Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience: Help maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure they feel informed and valued.
- Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to continually improve our recruitment strategies and processes.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of recruitment best practices and market trends to ensure we remain competitive in attracting talent.
Requirements
Passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Interest in Recruitment: A strong desire to learn about talent acquisition and the recruitment process. Previous experience in recruitment (internships or parttime roles) is a plus but not required.
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of technical roles is beneficial as most of our hires will be in technical positions.
- People Person: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with candidates and team members.
- Organized & DetailOriented: You can manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly in a fastpaced environment.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for recruitment and communication.
- Eager to Learn: You are motivated to develop your skills and grow in the recruitment field.
- Passionate About People: You care about helping others find their fit within our growing team and are excited to make a positive impact.

- After reviewing your documents we will get back to you and schedule an Intro Call where you learn about tozero our mission and the team. We get to know you and understand your motivation.
- Prior to the next session you will receive a case study to work on. This part is important to us to assess your cultural and business fit for the role. Your case will then be challenged by our CEO Sarah in the second interview.
- If all parties are happy we will make you an offer and you can start right away.
