David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that assists businesses in creating positive interactive and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Together were looking for a German speakingTalent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Essen orLeipzig.
Position:Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Essen orLeipzig Germany
Work Model: hybrid
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan conduct and follow up on phone calls and job interviews
- Asses applicants viaaptitude tests to find the best fit for teams
- Guide applicants through every step of the recruitment process
- Work with our social media team to develop exciting content and campaigns
- Managerecruitment databases
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/ fluency in German (C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
- Previous experience in human resources is a plus
- Knowledge of German labor law would be beneficial
- Comfortable using common PC and internet applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to continue tolearn
- Able to work carefully with attention to detailand independently
