We are looking for a data enthusiast who will be the vital link between our management and the people and finance departments by providing insights and r
How youll add value:
- Collect analyze and interpret financial data related to employee costs including salaries benefits and other
- Own the budgeting forecasting scenario planning and actual costs processes in all matters related to employee costs
- Enable leads to be constantly aware of their teams costs by developing and maintaining dashboards and reports. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner highlighting financial impacts and costsaving opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and
- Participate in and support strategic projects and initiatives including workforce planning
Youll be successful in this role if you:
- 5 years of experience in people financial analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of HR practices policies and procedures as well as financial accounting principles (IFRS).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (eg. Excel HRIS Systems)
- Excellent
- High Proficiency in English. Additional languages such as German are a plus
