Senior Property Manager

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a portfolio based property manager
  
• Strong and adaptable communication skills
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and negotiation skills
  
• High level IT systems knowledge Experienced with Cloud based programs ideally PropertyMe & IRE
  
• Experienced with quality control (you will assist in managing the departments onboarding process)
  
• Management and motivation skills Respectful demeanor Lead by example
  
• Excellent time management skills
