Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Operations Manager

Location of role: Hybrid remote in St. Louis MO 63105 Greater St. Louis Clayton in office 3 days onsite but lots of flexibility. This person needs to be in the greater St. Louis MO area but will have flexibility in working/scheduling. Great benefits include breakfast and lunch daily from an onsite chef. Salary Market rate Salary base plus Bonus Depending on experience DOE

Key points:

5 or more years of experience as an Infrastructure Operations Manager working in a Microsoft Cisco Citrix Palo Alto and AWS environment as a supervisory role managing crossfunctional teams in technology delivery. Any financial services experience a big plus

Must be able to provide technical leadership and guidance on infrastructure engineering responsibilities such as cybersecurity cloud platforms datacenter server virtualization network and core IT systems such as Active Directory/Entra ID and Exchange.

Demonstrated experience as a handson technical manager actively involved in designing developing and implementing technical solutions.

Aptitude for troubleshooting and solving complex issues through creative solutions.

Experience with hybrid environments including onpremises and cloud services is a plus.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Bachelors degree in related field or extensive experience (10 years) required

Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager Infrastructure Operations will lead a team responsible for datacenter and network infrastructure to help to ensure a performant reliable scalable and secure technology infrastructure.

Provide primary technical leadership and guidance on infrastructure engineering responsibilities such as datacenter server virtualization network and core IT systems such as Active Directory/Entra ID and Exchange.

Collaborate with technology leaders across the firm particularly in areas such as cybersecurity and cloud platforms.

Oversee crossfunctional Infrastructure Operations staff to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable solutions.

Lead and develop a highly skilled technical team including through training mentorship and coaching.

Collaborate with senior leadership maintain a high degree of readiness to adopt and implement new technology solutions.

Oversee budgeting expenditure management purchase of new and replacement hardware and software when necessary.
