Job Description
As an experienced Senior Property Manager you will join a successful business within an upmarket area of inner north Brisbane. A business wellestablished within sales and property management you will mentor and delegate tasks to a dedicated Assistant Property Manager while leading the growing portfolio of upmarket residential properties.
As the Senior Property Manager you will manage 140 properties all within proximity to the office. As an experienced property manager you will have the autonomy to structure your own tasks and working week with support available to you.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a portfolio based property manager
- Strong and adaptable communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and negotiation skills
- High level IT systems knowledge Experienced with Cloud based programs ideally PropertyMe & IRE
- Experienced with quality control (you will assist in managing the departments onboarding process)
- Management and motivation skills Respectful demeanor Lead by example
- Excellent time management skills
