As a Human Resources intern you will be assisting the team towards building our growing team of experts within the Capital Markets industry. You will assist the HR team for job interviews profiles qualification and daily HR operations
Responsibilities
- Be part of the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions.
- Handle staff orientations & administration of employee benefits Work Pass Application
- Support in the planning of company events or employee engagement activities
- Assist in creating content to support different business requirements (e.g. newsletters blog posts (Communities and connections) PowerPoint presentations web marketing etc.)
- Being the creative thinker generating ideas and creating articles that add value to our proposition and appeal to potential and existing clients.
Requirements
- Majoring in Human Resources Mass Comm Media & Communication Marketing Journalism or BusinessRelated fields
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive mindset
- Able to organize own work schedule and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Able to commit for a period of 3 6 months
