Job Description

Are you an experienced office management professional looking for a new opportunity Does working for a leading global investment firm and supporting the demands of a growing business appeal to your desired career journey This is your chance to play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the operations of a highprofile office in Singapore and further supporting the companys ambitious growth plans in Asia.

As the Office Manager you will be part of the Corporate Services Real Estate team overseeing all administrative and business services personnel and processes for the Singapore office acting as the crucial link between front and back office functions. You will proactively drive corporate real estate planning and including lease renewal capacity projection space allocation budget planning as well as reporting and ytics for each vertical within CSRE for Singapore.

You ll be a key member of a regional team providing mature leadership ensuring operational excellence and working closely with offices across the Asia Pacific to drive corporate real estate planning budget management and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate services and facilities management ensuring worldcl service delivery.

  • Drive corporate real estate strategies including lease management and space planning.

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Manage executive istant teams and support their professional development.

  • Ensure safety and operational resiliency through crisis management and business continuity planning.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with vendors and property managers.



Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 10 years of experience in office management facilities or corporate services.

  • Strong background in managing multiple teams and projects in a fastpaced environment.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Cantonese and English with exceptional communication ss in order to effectively engage influence and manage relationships with various stakeholders across different functions/levels of the organization

  • Maintained operational best practices and provided a high level of service including experience with workplace strategy solutions and trends

  • Worked in a fastpaced high intensity environment on a flexible schedule as the business demands (nights weekends holidays) within the Financial Services Private Equity Legal Capital Markets Insurance Investment or Real Estate sectors is preferred.
