Job Description

Join Our Team as an HR Intern Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience

6month immersive internship starting January 2025

Mission:

Are you ready to kickstart your career in human resources As an HR Intern you ll play a vital role in supporting the HR partners in their daily tasks focusing primarily on talent acquisition and employee experience. This is your chance to gain handson experience and develop your skills in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Impactful Job Offers: Draft and publish engaging job listings that attract top talent.

  • Preselect the best CV : Conduct preselection of CVs to identify promising candidates.

  • Engage with Candidates: Lead initial prescreening calls to assess candidate suitability and enthusiasm.

  • Coordinate and Participate in interviews: Schedule interviews with the HR partner and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.

  • Enhance Employer Branding: Contribute to building IFS s employer brand locally and internationally through job fairs and specialized platforms.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in organizing memorable onboarding experiences for new hires.

  • Attraction & Retention Strategies: Collaborate with the HR partner to develop innovative employee attraction and retention initiatives (employee experience).

What We re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: You re pursuing a Master s degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in HR or Business and seeking an internship as you complete your studies or during a study break. Previous HR experience is a plus!

  • Language Skills: Fluency in French is required with a minimum B2 level in English.

  • TechSavvy: Proficient in office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) to manage tasks effectively.

  • DetailOriented: You possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

  • People Skills: Your excellent interpersonal skills help you connect with others and create a positive candidate experience.
