On behalf of one of its clients in the education field we are looking for a Corporate Relationships & Admissions Intern.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Join our vibrant team as a Corporate Relationships & Admissions Intern and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for students and their families! Youll work closely with Admissions Executives to ensure a smooth process for student enrolment reenrolment and departures. Youll also provide a warm welcome to new families and help nurture and build strong relationships with corporate partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership management:
- Identify and engage potential sponsors for school events.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors ensuring smooth communication and handling partnership contracts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communication & Events department to create attractive presentation materials.
- Coordinate sponsor needs during events such as setting up booths and distributing promotional materials.
- Participate in networking events.
Administrative enrolment reenrolment & departures files management:
- Participate in processing student enrolment reenrolment and departure applications (checking and validating required documents submission or dispatch of files to families study/exit certificates).
- Manage the departments generic email inboxes: sorting emails responding to requests and forwarding emails to the right recipients.
- Verify student visa validity and produce certificates or other documents on request.
- Maintain and update the student database and archive documents.
Event support:
- Help organize and coordinate events for prospective families such as open houses and international school fairs.
- Assist with event planning logistics and execution to ensure a positive experience for attendees.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Fluency in French and English required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a high degree of rigor and a keen eye for detail and compliance with procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team particularly in pairs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 6month internship starting in January 2025.
- Fulltime position based on 42 hours/week.
- 1.5 days of annual leave per month.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources/ Business Management Commercially oriented, preferably having worked in direct sales Supported consulting and consultative sales At least 5 6 years of relevant work experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adapt to the changing needs of a start-up; highly developed ability to listen deeply
