Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the position is to manage department system & application and provide administrative support for Learning & Development department. In addition the individual will design develop and implement a variety of organizational effectiveness classes instructorled and online programs and learning development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and assess the training need of the organization through job analysis career path and consultation with function heads.
Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Ability to develop/create individualized and group training programs/ curriculum that address specific business needs to meet organization goals and improve performance.
Deliver timely and effective trainings based on annual training plans and review the progress regularly.
Organize and conduct company induction program for new hires.
Perform training administration and maintain training records including tracking attendance training completion and training evaluation feedback.
Administer training grant applications and claims in timely manner.
Keep track of mandatory training and refresher course.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Relevant certifications in Learning & Development or Training are a plus.
Strong organization and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to engage and inspire employees through effective training methods
