Team Member Commercial Banking

• Identify business opportunities and provide financial solutions
  
• Develop new relationships and manage existing ones within the assigned sector
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  
• Drive business growth and achieve set revenue targets
  
• Identify Clients needs and seek to match bank products and services to such needs
  
• Credit writing and following up on credit disbursement and monitoring
  
• Conduct credit appraisals and ascertain validity of submitted creditrequest documents and ensure that customer meets credit requirements
  
• Develop a broad understanding of the assigned sector and achieve Specified Targets as specified by the Group Head / Sector Head
  
• Conduct debt Recovery activities
  
• Study and analyze trends in the assigned sector to present new ideas to your clients and
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  
• Proven experience in commercial banking
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Indepth knowledge of banking products and services
  
• A good understanding of Risk Credit policies and procedures
  
• Proactive decisionmaker
