Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including pastries desserts and other sweet treats.
- Create new pastry recipes and develop innovative flavors and presentations.
- Monitor food production and ensure high quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus and plan for special events.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and apprentices ensuring their skill development.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh and highquality ingredients.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef.
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques and baking methods.
- Ability to create visually appealing and delicious pastries.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
