We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to support the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Tipperary Ireland . We are passionate about our culinary offering and we are looking for someone who will strive for excellence with every dish. As a Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of our team ensuring that our customers enjoy a delightful experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Preparing the kitchen before a restaurant opens
- Arranging all food containers at a specific kitchen stations place in the queue.
- Assisting with meal preparation cutting and marinating
- Preparing the kitchen for closure of the restaurant
- Sanitizing and cleaning the kitchen
- After a shift wrapped unwanted things and put them in the appropriate places
- Plating food creatively and artistically and enhancing customer enjoyment
- Helps the sous chef with everyday tasks related to food preparation
- Keeps track of raw material expiration dates and inventory.
- Encourages the development of commis chefs
- Makes certain that food is produced prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Respect all relevant regulations
- Make ensuring the workspace is kept prepared in the kitchen before a restaurant opens
- Assembling all food containers at one specific kitchen station to prepare them.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Chef is required
- Passion for producing highquality food and service
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie within a food service environment ideally in hotels or restaurants
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Have a passion and genuine interest in food.
- Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
