Here at Teamworx we are delighted to be recruiting for a major player in the supermarket industry. Our client is one of the top and most progressive supermarket chains in Ireland with a huge network of shops nationwide.
Our client is seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard to join their team and safeguard the premises customers and staff.
Our client will offer an attractive salary of up 16.91 per hour plus benefits.

The ideal candidate for this Retail Security Officer Job:
- Previous experience within a retail security role
- Hold a current PSA Security Guard License is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service ss
- Excellent interpersonal ss
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Responsibilities for this Retail Security Officer Job:
- Monitor store premises to deter theft vandalism and other security threats.
- Provide istance to customers and maintain a friendly approachable presence.
- Respond swiftly to security or safety incidents including emergencies and doent all occurrences accurately.
- Key holding responsibilities to include opening/closing of the Store
- Carry out routine spot checks on waste deliveries closing stock refunds voids and employees
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to suious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store focusing on entrances exits and other vulnerable areas.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures.
