Our client will offer a salary of up to 40000 DOE plus bonus.

- Permanent 39hour contract
- Salarybased job offering up to 40000 DOE plus bonus
- Predominantly a Monday to Friday position with occasional weekend shifts
- Great worklife balance Start between 89 am and finish by 56 pm. Shorter weekend hours with latest finish at 4 pm.
Requirements for this Retail HR Manager Job:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager ideally within a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies employment legislation and payroll processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
- Passionate about customer service and ensuring high standards across all areas of operations.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities for this Retail HR Manager Job:
- Manage all aspects of employee relations including absence management timekeeping grievances and disciplinary actions in coordination with the central HR team.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining an uptodate knowledge of relevant HR legislation.
- Lead the recruitment process from interviews to onboarding and ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
- Oversee HRrelated KPIs ensuring targets are met and the team is wellsupported.
- Collaborate closely with the Payroll department to manage site payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Foster a positive and harmonious working environment where colleagues feel engaged valued and aligned with company goals.
Customer Service: Checkouts Reception & Cash Office
- Ensure that customers receive outstanding service at all times maintaining high standards across all customerfacing areas.
- Implement and maintain an effective process for handling customer complaints and queries ensuring swift resolution and proper documentation.
- Coordinate checkout operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.
- Conduct regular audits of the reception and cash office functions to ensure procedures are followed and compliance standards are met.
