Our client a leading media and communications company seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Dublin. This role will provide strategic and operational HR support to key business areas driving consistency in talent management organizational design and stakeholder engagement. The position offers ample scope for professional growth in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic people initiatives to align with the companys goals.
- Drive consistent approaches in attracting managing and retaining talent.
- Partner with senior leaders on organizational design change management and ER initiatives.
- Build managerial capacity to role model company values and navigate people challenges.
- Lead and participate in various HR projects focused on employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Fully CIPD Qualified with previous HR generalist experience.
- Proven background in a fastpaced commercial HR setting with strategic influence.
- Skilled in relationship building consulting and change management.
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus.
