Position: Front Office Administrative Assistant Location: Long Beach Schedule: M – F. 9 am – 6 pm Temp to perm
Summary: The front office administrative assistant will handle front office administrative duties including answering phones, filing, data entry, and assisting managerial staff as directed. The position will also be cross trained to assist Timekeeping, Compliance, HR and Staffing departments as needed.
Duties:
Answer phones, greet visitors, data entry, filing, faxing, and making copies.
Provide assistance in departments:
Timekeeping – Assist in gathering of timecards from facilities to upload into system
HR – May include performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails, help maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves, assist HR Manager in coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees.
Compliance – Assist in collecting healthcare credentials and compliance information in accordance with company Operating Procedures, perform data entry, reporting of credential documents and other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
2+ years of office and administrative experience
MS Word, excel, outlook experience
Computer literate, electronic data base experience
Strong communication skills
Experience with General office duties, reception, answering phones.
