Experience Required

• Windows and hardware support
• Scripting experience, any language (VBscript and PowerShell preferred)
• Windows deployment and/or upgrade experience
• Windows Image build and configuration

Roles & Responsibilities

• Update and maintain driver packages in Windows 10, Windows 11, and LTSC OS Versions
• Update and maintain BIOS versions on supported hardware models
• Update Windows images quarterly with latest Microsoft patches
• Manage annual transition to new hardware models
• Design, configure and test new OS versions, Windows 11, Windows .next etc
• Review and deploy Windows security compliance policies
• 3^rd level support for SCCM imaging issues
• 3^rd level support for Windows OS issues, work tickets through Microsoft
• 3^rd level support for hardware driver issues, work tickets through hardware vendor
• 3^rd level Windows/Azure Autopilot support
