We are hiring an Agency Management Analyst for one of our clients in Hamilton NJ.
Job Description:
- S3000 A high priority and very visible piece of legislation that is being monitored by both advocates as well as the Bill Sponsors specifically Assemblyman Benson which included frequent update meetings keeping him and other advocates and provider advised on each step of DMAHs progress for implementation of this Bill.
- Approximately a 200% percent increase in the sheer number of reports required to be reviews for network adequacy
- Establishment of a Waiver process for each and every specialty for each county where the MCOs are not able to network adequacy thresholds.
- For a perspective conservatively we are estimating approximate 50 waiver request for each of the 21 Counties from each of the 5 MCOs.
- That is 5250 packets of information that will need to be read through to determine if a Waiver will be granted.
- Tracking of the above said waivers
- Reporting of the above said waivers
- Sanctions are now required and will have to be determined for Timeliness Accuracy as well as Network Adequacy.
- Since the passing of this law there have already been multiple meetings request by Legislatures to provide updates. Additionally DMAHS is already being asked for how many network adequacy deficiencies have been identified and how many waivers have been requested something we will have to quickly discern once the 3rd Quarter network reports and data files are submitted at the end of September.
