Job Description

Name of position: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Lead
Location: Albuquerque NM


Responsibilities

Oversee ongoing maintenance and support activities.

Manage service desk operations and ensure SLAs are met.

Perform system monitoring issue resolution and upgrade management

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in IT or a related field.

5 years of experience in O&M support.

Experience with SaaSbased HRMS systems

Required Ss: Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Report Designer, Adaptive Planning, Prism ytics) Supporting HCM functional areas like Payroll, Core HR and staffing, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance) Supporting Finance functional areas like Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Budgets, Business ets, Customer Accounts & Contract) Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Report Designer, Adaptive Planning, Prism ytics) to develop Basic, Advanced, Composite, Matrix and BIRT reports. Background supporting HCM functional areas like Payroll, Core HR and staffing, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Time Tracking, Leave and Absence and Learning. Background supporting Finance functional areas like Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Budgets, Business ets, Customer Accounts & Contracts, Grants, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Accounts, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Projects Data ysis and interpretation ss. Strong qualitative and ytical capabilities with advanced Excel ss. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and ytical ss. Strong written, verbal communication ss and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education

Bachelor s degree in computer science, information science, business, or a related field from and accredited college or university AND three years experience in report/ytics development to include business requirements gathering and doentation. OR ociate s degree in a related field from and accredited college or university AND four years experience in report/ytics development.
