Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs. Participate in the roll-in of the selected BI countries following the Deployment Roadmap until 2022 regarding Recruitment. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in. Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements. Lead and manage hiring activities. Manage the RPOs performance and monitor completion of activities Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, recruiting strategy, and other talent related processes Generate candidates through passive and active sourcing methods. Pre-select candidate based in CVs and phone screening and provide hiring manager with the short list Attend the kick-off call meeting Establish and drive relationship with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies Prepare Recruitment reports for key stakeholders Present Recruitment data during Service Calls Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR and Hiring Managers to ensure operational process excellence. Requirements: Academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent At least 8 years' experience in end to end Recruitment in the Shared Services environment Expert knowledge in the field of Recruitment, Extensive customer orientation, International experience Above average expertise in the Traditional Chinese Language (Mandarin); Business fluency in English Ideally work experience in different HR roles Leadership experience is beneficial Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation Recruitment Process: Initial Interview TL Screening Language Assessment TL Interview Final Interview Berlitz Exam Job Offer
