- Two to three (2 3) years providing IT infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting/violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirement.
- Hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing laptops, desktops, and other computer peripherals hardware problems.
- Experience or ability to follow installation instructions and troubleshoot desktop applications.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction at sites.
- Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
- Skilled in desk-side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows OS/Mac OS.
- Experience in ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar other tools.
- Ability to work with IT vendors like Dell, HP, etc for advanced issues.
- Experience with Anti-spyware Anti-virus software.
- Basic usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Evaluation and installation of primary and peripheral computers including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners wireless routers, racks, and cabinets.
- Ability to provide basic Audio visual touch services. Setup/Install/troubleshoot Audio-visual hardware.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues using good deductive reasoning skills under smart hands capability supported by Customer.
- Smart hand support for Network, Servers, and storage devices.
