As the Mandarin Senior Store Manager you will lead the full operational management of multiple store locations. This role requires an experienced manager to oversee staff performance ensure sales targets are met and maintain the highest standards of customer service. You will be a key figure in the strategic planning and operational success of the stores with responsibilities ranging from team management and stock control to data ysis and reporting market trends to the leadership team. This role also involves regular interaction with headquarters to ensure company policies and procedures are implemented across all stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Fully oversee daytoday store operations ensuring staff are properly trained motivated and performing at high levels.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales by motivating and guiding staff to achieve monthly sales goals. Implement strategies to boost store performance.
  • Market ysis and Reporting: Actively collect and yze market data to provide insights and recommendations to the company. Stay informed about competitors and trends in the retail sector.
  • Customer Service Management: Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues related to store operations. Ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
  • Company Directive Implementation: Execute and enforce company instructions and directives. Ensure that all stores are aligned with company goals and standards.
  • Stock Management: Oversee inventory processes including stock take ordering storage and tracking of stock levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Data ysis: yze store data to clean process and extract actionable insights. Use data to support business decisions and present findings in charts tables and other formats to ist leadership in decisionmaking.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluency in Chinese and English is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be a strong advantage.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 35 years of experience in retail management preferably with global brands such as Uniqlo Zara or H&M.
  • Retail Expertise: Experience in sales retail management or a related field with the ability to lead teams and drive sales performance.
  • Technical Ss: Proficient in computer operation and retail management software.
  • Leadership & Team Coordination: Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams with excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility a healthy and positive attitude and a commitment to professional ethics. Good written and verbal communication ss are essential.
