• Creating a detailed project plan, identifying the resources required, project interdependencies and critical path, including all the activities that the business need to do to prepare for new technical or business components.
• Manage the delivery of the project interfacing to internal suppliers, external partners, OpCo's and the Vodafone Business stakeholder teams.
• The Project Manager determines, controls, monitors and reviews all project economics to include project costs, budgets, staffing requirements, project resources and project risk.
• Ensure that the project delivery adheres to the mandated Vodafone best practice methodology and processes. Ensure all programme team members are following methodology and processes.
• Not a direct line management position currently but virtual team leadership and coaching is a key responsibility and expectation.
• Ensure the delivery of the customer experience to customers in accordance with current Vodafone standards through regular sessions.
• Be a point of escalation in the handling of customer queries and complaints to the point of resolution
• Maintain an up to date personal and team knowledge of Vodafone products and services
