We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the FSSC Process and Control Framework Manager. The role focuses on enhancing and improving the Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) process and control framework through thorough analysis, risk assessment, and process automation. The ideal candidate will support the Performance Improvement (PI) leads by reviewing existing processes, identifying best practices, and implementing improvements to ensure operational efficiency, automation, and technology enablement of FSSC operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze FSSC processes and control frameworks to identify gaps, perform risk assessments, and develop process improvement strategies.
- Conduct reviews of current control frameworks to identify areas for enhancement, ensuring high-quality controls and robust measurement systems.
- Drive standardization and ensure documentation consistency across all financial towers, including I2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, and Tax.
- Lead FSSC process improvement initiatives through key quality projects (Green/Black/Yellow Belt).
- Design and implement performance metrics (SLAs, RSLAs, CSLAs, KPIs), and oversee the development of internal and external dashboards.
- Manage process optimization, capacity, and efficiency across people, processes, and systems.
- Drive automation projects and standardization efforts across various towers to improve productivity and control.
- Support execution of Internal Audit observations and embed findings into the process improvement plan.
- Lead team development, performance management, and ensure timely backfills to reduce attrition.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (MBA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role with hands-on ERP experience (preferably SAP).
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proven analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
