Job Description
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the goals of Alameda Group, As-Salam International Hospital, and Dar Al Fouad Hospitals.
- Lead Generation: Create and optimize digital campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for the hospitals, ensuring a consistent flow of potential patients and clients.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and awareness through targeted digital initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of digital campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic to the company’s digital assets.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the group’s social media presence, fostering engagement and interaction with the community.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, communication and sales teams, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate the group’s digital marketing practices.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and digital campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should be an Egyptian national with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree would be a plus). They must have proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or corporate sector, with a strong understanding of lead generation strategies and digital campaign management. The candidate should be proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management systems.
